In a recent survey, Bain Consulting found that nearly two-thirds of CIOs and CTOs said that using AI for Customer Success is one of their top priorities. Yet, many organizations aren’t aware of how and where to use AI. Venture capital has invested more than $170 billion in AI hardware and software platforms and algorithms over the past 6 years. These innovations are coming to market and many are aiming to help businesses increase customer loyalty.
