With more than 30 years of experience in the Technology and Services industry, Michael has proven to be an influential leader maximizing employee productivity, improving customer satisfaction, and helping businesses grow. He is passionate about providing a world class customer experience and is driven to help organizations succeed.
Michael joined ESG as CEO in November 2016. Before that, Michael spent five years with ServiceSource where he led a worldwide sales team and developed service offerings that increased end-customer renewal rates and average customer lifetime value.
When he’s not working, Michael enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife and three children.
Peter is well-known in the Customer Success industry as a visionary thought leader, having previously held senior roles in both Customer Success and Marketing at Oracle, BMC Software, and as the first Vice President of Customer Success Research at Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). In his role at ESG, Peter enables Customer Success leaders to understand what it takes to transform their practices to meet the ever-evolving needs of modern customers in the subscription economy. In addition to his role as a client-facing executive at ESG, Peter serves as an advisor and board member for several Customer Success organizations, and has been honored with numerous industry awards, including being named a Top 25 Customer Success Influencer in both 2020 and 2021.
Peter lives in the heart of Toronto, Ontario with his wife, where they enjoy the restaurants, culture, and all the beauty the city has to offer.
Sheik brings a unique set of strengths to ESG, most notably his ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude when it comes to driving Customer Success. With nearly a decade in the technology and SaaS space, including his previous role working on multiple enterprise-level portfolios at ServiceSource, Sheik has collaborated with executives and their teams in both building and implementing strategy in the workforce. His strong leadership and problem-solving skills have proven effective in working with B2B manufacturing, distribution, and niche markets. His focus on truly understanding a business’ needs drives his methodology that leads to real business impacts and results.
Although Sheik has lived in beautiful Toronto, busy New York, and sunny Florida, he now resides in the Mile High City. When not working, he enjoys a healthy appetite of traveling, hiking the Rocky Mountains, and taking full advantage of the live music and brewery scene Denver has to offer.
Guided by expertise in campaign strategy, Digital Customer Success, service development, content creation, and brand identity, Marley is our go-to girl for all things digital. Marley leads ESG’s marketing and brand strategy and our Digital Customer Success practice. Using the power of automation, Marley and her team cultivate campaigns that build demand and improve customer adoption, retention, and value for both ESG and our clients.
Before joining ESG, Marley led marketing programs within startups, nonprofits, retail, and the arts. Her multi-industry experience has developed her unique approach, which combines a carefully crafted balance of both creativity and analytics to deliver tangible results and a superior customer experience.
A Minnesota native, Marley now calls the Mile High City home. In her free time, you can find her devouring true crime podcasts, traveling, or exploring the Rockies with her husband and their pup Luna.
Ted has over 20 years of financial management experience and a successful history of planning, developing, and implementing strategic business objectives that have provided substantial cost savings in numerous and varied areas of organizations. As a financial leader, Ted has built successful teams by setting clear expectations and has motivated employees to new levels of achievement. His leadership skills have helped him maintain profitable working relationships with individuals from all levels, including clients and vendors.
Prior to joining ESG, Ted served as Controller and General Manager of various Starwood and IHG hotels. Ted received his Bachelor’s degree from Spring Hill College and is an avid cyclist and triathlete. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati North chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and Treasurer for the Cincinnati Triathlon Club.
Pecolia has over 12 years of experience managing global Inside Sales, Revenue Retention, and Customer Success partnerships. She excels at leading teams, developing talent, and leveraging analytics to deliver successful outcomes. She delights in building relationships and creating win-win solutions for her clients. Consistency builds credibility.
Pecolia lives in her hometown of Nashville, TN with her husband, two kids, one dog (Ziggy), and three cats (Taco, Nacho, and Burrito). Her self-care looks like traveling, salsa dancing, and spa days.
Colby’s professional passion is building foundations that create positive customer outcomes, and he brings over 20 years of operational expertise in technology and software to ESG. He has deep experience leading Customer Success, Onboarding & Implementation, Professional Services and Support teams. His ability to see the big picture and focus on building the right foundational structure within businesses of all shapes and sizes comes in handy.
Colby lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Colby is a lifelong martial artist and an outdoor enthusiast.
Brenda brings over 25 years of broad Human Resources experience to her role at ESG, having previously supported industries as varied as hospitality, aviation, education, and advertising. Her specific areas of expertise include employee relations, performance management, compensation management and planning, benefits administration, payroll, and employee engagement. Leading ESG’s people practice, Brenda utilizes her outgoing, ambitious, and proactive nature to build and foster strong relationships and company culture.
A Colorado native, Brenda enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and simply sitting on a patio with friends and people watching.
